Harmony Lazore was inspired to establish Sandbar Advisors LLC in 2022, with the goal of bringing enterprise-level expertise to small and middle market businesses, empowering them to define and cultivate the financial acumen behind their core service offerings. The firm’s primary goal is to build trust with small and middle market business owners, advising, delivering, and executing financial strategies that enable their visions for their own businesses.
With 15 years in public accounting and 20 years in the military, Harmony brings discipline, devotion, and understanding to complex financial topics. This experience has provided a foundation of financial expertise delivered with consistency and adaptability. Having served in prestigious organizations in public accounting as well as the United States Navy and Marine Corps, Harmony noticed the need for agility in addressing tough issues, which led to the creation of a firm that not only identifies issues and opportunities but is nimble enough to help clients address them swiftly as well.
Harmony’s leadership style fosters an environment of humility and continuous development.
